Ok here's the situation.

Our company website is hosted on a dedicated server. The firewall for this server is set that only our companies IP address is allowed to ftp to it.

This is cool as it keeps out the bad fella's

However it is not so cool when I wanna do some work from home.

Is there anyway I can bounce an ftp session from home through my work and to the web server, so that I can upload files without having to be at work?

There is one called nph-proxy which allows ftp but you need the ftp to request the username and password via a pop up window and not file/login as.

IP address at home is random (DHCP) :(

Your IP is probably not completely random. you could get them to add [email protected].*.* for example. Adding an open proxy completely undermines what the admins are trying to achieve.

Although i do not recommend it, you could use a generic TCP proxy (although i cannot think of one for windows).
