I brought a Honor 9 lite and wondering if the battery would be effected if I use fast charger from my motorola?

The Honor 9 that you bought will not be affected by using the motorola (turbopower?) charger, it'll just charge it at the standard speed.

Quick Charge only works on Qualcomm chips, you will need a charger that has Huawei FCP (Fast Charge Protocol) such as the one below.

Except the Op's honor 9 lite doesn't support any method of fast charging:

It's worth noting though that the Honor 9 Lite doesn’t support fast charging, so you'll want to charge it overnight when possible.

Also if you look at the specs on GSM arena then no mention of fast charging https://m.gsmarena.com/huawei_honor_9_lite-8962.php

I have the honor 8. And it’ll only quick charge with the honor plug. It won’t quick charge with my anker QC3.0 plug.

Whereas the honor 8 page lists support for smartpower 4.0 https://m.gsmarena.com/huawei_honor_8-8195.php

Even the reviews points out there's no form of fast charging at all, and the charger that comes with it is only rated at 5v/2a.
