Hi,

I am studying a Japanese language course, and have been set and official assignment, which I will link here :

www.flashygraphics.co.uk/content/CraigMooreAssignment1.odt

I have pretty much done most of the work, however what I want to do is start to enter the characters, for example :

Instead of the word "Watashi" I want to be able to enter the characters for Wa, ta, shi themselves.

I *don't* have a japanese keyboard, so how do I do it? I know which characters I want (only Hiragana) so how do I input those characters into the document?

I am guessing some type of unicode hash or something :S Can anyone help?

I'll stick my reply in over in the OS forum since you are using WinXP. The mechanism for written is pretty much the same in Windows and MacOS (but OS X is WAY WAY better in general when it comes to being multilingual... one reason why I got one, since the wife uses the Mac in full Japanese language settings).
