Using foreign TV (Samsung) in UK

I've recently moved back to the UK and shipped my Russian Samsung TV with me and on plugging it in I've realised it can't pickup the analogue or digital signals broadcast here Is there a firmware update that will fix this or is a hardware change required? If hardware, what do I need?

Model is UE40C6000. Google was not very helpful.

Yep, did that first off, UK is available for analogue but not digital so either there is no analogue signal on Jersey (switch off hasn't happened yet AFAIK) or it's a different receiver in the TV which doesn't work with the UK signal. Simplest fix might be a freesat box.
