Using IDE hard drives with Asus A8N-SLi Premium ?

Hi

Quick question - can I use my existing two hard drives (ide) with the Asus A8N-SLi Premium which I'm about to order? I'm buying all the parts now, planning to use my existing hard drive but I don't know if it would work. Would I need to use sata?

The board supports both ide and sata

You will be able to use your IDE drive as your OS drive.

Thanks for the info - one more quick question: would I be able to run one sata and one ide? Probably a stupid question but thought I'd ask anyway

yep it works flawless, had to do that on mine till i got 2 satas
