Using integrated graphics and upgrading at a later date

I've been putting off building a desktop for ages. Things always come up and my laptop is useless but I really need to sort this out by the end of the summer.

Is there any issue of putting together a 6700k/6600k build and utilising the integrated graphics So I have it up and running. I'd then like to take my time and get a better monitor and high end graphics card at a later date.

Are there any draw backs from adding the card at a later date or will it cause me any headaches?

I think I know the answer but just want to make sure

No you will be fine. Probably best to uninstall the Intel GPU drivers before you install the new card but you wont have to wait long as new cards are due in next few weeks.
