Using internal Blu-Ray drive externally.

I was thinking of getting an external blu-ray player but already have an internal drive, is there anyway of wiring it up so I can just use it externally till I can afford a proper one?

I don't want to be adding anymore cables to my PC as I've finally got all the cables sorted. Is there any sort of USB cable that converts to SATA and what not, like the ones the Seagate drives come with?

You want a 5.25" SATA enclosure, OCUK don't stock them by the looks of it but they are easy enough to find
