I'm in the market for an LCD TV for my room to use as a main screen for everything. My room is rather small and my old telly has got to go..

I've been using my 22" Samsung pebble for my PC and 360, but I cant use my PS2, Wii, watch TV or get the full benefit of my BluRay player out of it. So my idea was to get a 30-32" LCD TV (Looking at the Sharp LC32DH77E) and buy a new HDMI GPU (Probably a ATI 4890)

Would using a HDMI from my GPU enable the full use and functionality of a normal PC monitor? Or would I be restricted to the 1920x1080 resolution and certain settings?

Thanks :)

Many thanks! Was hoping it would be easy as I'm not very techny minded with TV's and connections.

Its just a matter of finding the right wall bracket, height and angle to use the monitor/TV comfortably so I dont hurt my neck :p
