Using mini without Bluetooth keyboard and mouse?

Hey guys quick question

I'm going to be using a mini as a htpc but I don't have a mouse/keyboard. With what iv used in the past the dialog box asking to connect a mouse won't go unless I have them installed?

Can I just check there is a way to use the mac with nothing connected to is? Apart from iPhone and a app?

i just use my apple remote with my mini as i have it set up so plex starts straight away, go to system preferences/bluetooth/advanced and untick the keyboard and mouse settings (top 2) keep the third option ticked

Yeah I would mate, but I don't actually have the mouse and keyboard. They are at work on a different mini.
