Using mousescoll makes noises in my pc?

Hi, whenever I use my mousescroll it also creates the same noise within my pc somwhere, im guessing somehow one of the fans inside my fan reacts to me scrolling onscreen? I was wondering if anyone else have ever experienced this and whats it down to?

If it is like a funny whining sound then yes I got that as well.

I think it was down to my wireless desktop interferring with something (speakers possibly)

I don't get it on my system now though.

It happens both when I use my wireless mouse or normal mouse.

if u dont use linein on your sound card mute it, it should dissapear, i think it picks up some sort of frequency.

Thats interesting, will have to try that as i have the same problem on my laptop (i thought it might have been the hardrive or something).

my mate had this problem, turns out it was the psu. He had a cheapy qtec one, and the "mosfets" (hope i got that right) were underpowered and causing the high pitch squeek.

Ok muted the line in, it happens once every while no always so not sure if its fixed it.
I've got a Xpro 460W psu, considered one of the better PSU but it could be down to that why not.
