Using my EEE901 to save power.

So instead of leaving my big pc on all night to download I can put the 901 into power saving and use that right? Saving a lot more power?

Short answer yes!

the 901 takes about 10w in low power mode. Switch off things you arent using (ie bluetooth, screen etc etc)

Your PC will probably be taking upwards of 100w to do the same task!
