using +offset

hi im currently stable at 4.5oc 1.408v running 24/7

how do i work out my offset figure.

ok thanks gives me a starting point.

so i take i reset bios to stock take vcore setting then add my multiplier and any other adjustments i had except manual vcore use offset instead.
on my 4,5 i was using llc ultra high.
