Using old iPad as second screen using duet...

I’m using duet to use an old iPad as a second screen. How do I connect the iPad and charge it at the same time?

Plug it in and purchase the wifi upgrade for Duet. I use it and it works really well.

I thought the OS supported this out of the box now. What’s the difference doing it that way as opposed to using a third party application?

Duet allows you to use your iPad as a second screen with windows machines

Depends on the resolution you select for the iPad. If you go 4K there is a little lag and everything is super tiny but if you drop the res a little then it’s fine.

The native feature doesn't support all iPads either, only Pro models and newer iPad/iPad Air models.

Does Duet play nicely with Nvidia cards yet? I had to uninstall it last year when I bought my 1070 as it blocked driver installation.
