Using old PSU for new machine, need advice

New Hardware:

Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 (Socket 1155)
Asus ATI Radeon HD 6950 DirectCU II 2048MB

Existing PSU:

OCZ Stealth Xtreme 600W

The new GPU requires 1x 8pin power connwxction & 1x 6pin, my PSU has 2x 6pin. Is this what I need?

Also, the new board has 1x 8pin power connection for the CPU, my PSU has 2x 4 pin marked CPU1 & CPU2. Can I sit these side by side or do I need another adapter?

Regarding the last bit, is there only one way I can sit the 2x 4pin CPU power connectors together? I'm not sure which way round they go in.

Thats right, place them back to back and stick em in.

The pin holes are "shaped" so if you are forcing them in then your doing it wrong.
