using own router on sky broadband

Hi guys I have just bought a new router. Can anyone give me a definitive answer on how to use it on sky broadband?

Got it sorted thanks guys. The only thing is that I am only able to connect to the router from my computer at 72mbps instead of the 150mbps as advertised on the router. What could this be?

Im just on ADSL but would like the extra banwith for transferring files between computers on the network.

My work computer connects at 300Mbps in the office but only 72Mbps at home
