Using the thermal paste which came with cooler

I've ordered the Noctua NH-D15 Dual Radiator which supposedly comes with thermal paste. However I've been watching videos of installation and people are using a different paste rather than the one which came with it.
How much of a problem would this be if I was to use the paste which came with the cooler?

As Mike mentioned, not a problem. Infact the cooler comes with Noctuas NT-H1 stuff which is actually pretty good. Well most half decent paste is within few degrees of one another anyways assuming application is not messed, but this one is near the top of those few reviews.
