Using Touch ID on MM

Looking at getting the Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID. Can this be implemented and used to login on a M4 MM??

I use it as well as using the watch to unlock the MM

Requirements are Apple Silicon and iirc MacOS >11.4 for the A2449/A2520 or >15.1 for the USB-C A3118/A3119 Touch-ID Magic Keyboards.

It’s not infallible, fairly often gets stuck on unlocking with Apple Watch. Maybe I should have done a fresh install….
