Using two GPU in a system one for compute one for display

I was wondering is it possible to connect two GPU to a PC one for computation with say CUDA and another for playback, as running CUDA computations on a device also used for display is a performance hit computationally as it interupts for display updates.

For reference I have a Titan Z for computation, and a 650Ti (potentially) for display

Thanks in advance
