using two monitors help please??

im intrested in getting my pc to run a dual monitor set up. id be considering two 22inch asus monitors im running i5 2500k on a asus p8p67 with a gainward gtx550ti gpu. how would i go about setting up two monitors.

Just make sure you have 2 connections available of whatever is available on the monitor.
In Windows 7 or KDE4.7+, simply plug them in and done.

Older windows versions/linux desktops go to the display settings and press 'detect'. Select the monitor, set the resolution, hit apply. (Yes it's that simple - dual monitor is easy to set up, triple setups have some more hooks and eyes)
