Sorry if op makes no sense, please let me elaborate.

I wish to access a program running on another PC on the network but it needs to run locally on the host computer, if that makes sense?

Sure, I can use remote desktop, but that interrupts other users when needing access.

So, is it possible to run the program with the GUI being outputted to another computer.

Apologies if I have made this more complicated than it needs to be.

you can mod the system so you can remote desktop to that pc wiithout interrupts the users.

search for 'win7 RDP multi session' on google

The termserv.dll patch (as above) would work. Just bear in mind doing it probably violates your license, if you're bothered.

Or just install Windows Server on the other PC and get concurrent RDP for free :D.

MS App-V is the best solution but that's enterprise level. Didn't XP mode VM and Virtual PC have this functionality on Win 7?
