Using wifi and wired networks together

I only access to the internet is thru wifi.

I have a fileserver, which downloads and uploads to the net thru wifi.

For file transfer to my main rig I use a 100Mps wired network with a netgear 4 port router as Wifi is slower than a 2cv filled with lead.

Now, whenever I connect the wired network to my main rig, both rig lose internet access. Why is this? How can it be fixed?

Hmm, I've tried changing the IP address of the wired router, and I still haven't fixed this....

Does anyone know how I can run 2 networks and not lose internet access?

I've set the wireless router up so it uses 192.168.0.* for the IP addresses

So your using TWO routers. Maybe that bit of info would have helped in the first place, but at least you've sorted it now.
