I was wondering if it is possible to use my atheros chipset wireless card to pick up the network traffic using airodump or kismet on my netbook in sun virtual machine.
I can see the network adapter in the settings but once I get into my backtrack virtual OS and type in iwconfig it says
lo - no added extensions
wlan0 - no added extenstions.
Can it be done?
