Yet when I put the website www.inveralmondchs.org it displays 0 results for the basics, such as: title, description, keywords etc.

When I test the meta tags using Meta Tag Analyzer. The results are 0 for title etc.

The results in google you mean?
If so that's to be expected as meta tags count for very little in the google ranking algorithm. You need to put the search terms you want to be found for inside your content.

looks like the tool is broken, i just tried one of my own sites and it showed the same results... just googled your site and title and description is showing fine
