I was just wondering if there is anyway of using a work internet connection to connect to a standard home broadband?

Could I bring in a personal laptop and use it to access my home broadband through work?

Thanks

No.

Could use RDP to connect to your home PC perhaps, but I should imagine most companies would lock that down - mine certainly has.

Depends on how your network connection is setup at work. You could maybe have a look at something like www.gotomypc.com which basically gives you remote access over HTTP. If you're really lucky you might be able to connect directly using VNC or similar, but it's unlikely. Chances are these options will be blocked though.

Either way you'll probably need to configure your router to allow access to your network from the WWW.
