Using Xcacls

Anyone know anything about using xcacls to reset permissions?

If so is there anyway I could get xcalcs to run through a folder, sub-folders and all files within the folder and add an extra user to them all with full permissions without affecting the current permissions?

looks like /E preserves them..

i'd use it on a test folder first mind to make sure
