I've just recently got broadband through plusnet but am having problems configuringing the line using my router. I enter the username and password that I have been provided with (and have checked that these are correct with plusnet), but for some reason the router won't configure the line.
I get the message back that the ADSL is operational, as is shown by the ADSL light working on the front of the router, but it is 'not configured'.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be as I can't see anything on the support site and their support line is closed at the weekend.
The router had previously been used with NDO so I don't know whether this would cause any problems with the router?
