UT3 Capped At 60fps?

Hi I have a EVGA-260 Core-216 SSC edition

I am using 1680x1050
When I played UT3 I can never go over 60fps I assume there is a cap somewhere. I have looked around in the game settings but cant find much.

Any help please would be appreciated.

Yeah V-Sync is off in the UT3 game and Forced-Off in Nvidia Control Pannel

I have done that and still capped at 60 :S
