UT3 Demo Installer Problems

I've just installed Vista64 on my PC, I've downloaded all the updates etc, so i thought i'd give gaming a try so i downloaded the highly anticipated UT3 Beta Demo.

Unfortuntatly it doesn't do anything... I double click it and it brings up the busy mouse icon in Vista and sorta sits there doing nothing it seems, then the busy icon goes and thats it.

So in short... this demo install does nothing

Anyone else had this problem or something simliar? or read about a fix.. I've looked around an found problems with Xp64 and the install crapping out half way thru with an error code... but mine doesn't even start installing :/

Right demo is installing as I type this.

Only thing i've done is install the AGEIA PhysX system from a standalone installer i got from the AGEIA website, installed that and now when i went and double clicked the UT3 Demo installer it started (after good 2-3mins )

Not sure if this was the cause of my Demo Installer not working I don't know, but this is what I've done and its now installing

It could have been that it is just slow, i'm on XP and it took a good 20 secs for it start installing, I also thought it was doing nothing

Well it installs fine but you have to create an account, even for offline play - fair enough...

But the @ key used for the email also brings down the console so I can't put in a valid e-mail, so I can't create an account. Oh well it's sorta funny

Switching to USA keyboard will most likely fix it but kinda strange oversight.

you don't need to put an @ in your email.. anything validates
