UT3 lookup/down not bindable?

I have looked through the configure keys setup, I can not find lookUP, LookDown, or CenterLook. It has the look funtions cause, I saw it in the .ini file. Just no option to bind the look funtions.

Cannot imagine why anyone would ever use those anyways, you have a mouse don't you?
And it's a beta - so dont worry about it for now
