I might try this again being a big UT2K4 fan, can i jump straight on to the 1.3 patch or do i have to install the other patches first?

I'm pretty sure I went from 1.1 to 1.3

You can just instal 1.3 straight off.

I think there's a few mods in development. Not that many big ones released yet.

Only ever play this for a couple of minutes in deathmatch when I don't have the time to get into anything else.

It's just not that fun, and too dark.

Plus I'm just getting too old for these twitchy shooters.

Would rather play COD 4 or ET:QW.

I bet a few extra people will play today and tomorrow just to check the patch out but after that they probably won't bother imo. I would like to be wrong but its just something about UT3 that isn't as good as the old original.
