UT3 Quick connect

is ther a way to quick connect to a givin ip on game launch?
like in older ut's u had:
unreal://00.00.00.00:7777
UT2003://00.00.00.00:7777
UT2004://00.00.00.00:7777

so mayb summot like:
unreal3://00.00.00.00:7777
UT3://00.00.00.00:7777
UT2007://00.00.00.00:7777

Don't know of a menu option for it, but I'm guessing that typing 'open 00.00.00.00' in the console would work the same as previous versions.
