UT3 will not stop crashing!

Hey guys,

Have only just started playing UT3 properly, bought it on release but only played a few campaign missions

Only trouble is it is just always crashing. It varies, it can play fine for a couple of hours then die, or last 2 minutes before it happens

It doesn't give any errors just crashes to the desktop. I thought it may be my overclock, so put it back to stock, but still the same issues. My graphics card (8800GTX, driver 169.25) isn't overclocked at all either

Running on Vista x64 as well

Any ideas?

You could try downloading the patch version 1.1 and see if that helps
i had similair problems,it would either crash after minutes or play for hours and then decide to crash.
The patch sorted mine out

Definitely, and be sure to use something like driver cleaner to fully remove the old ones.

make sure you turn off openAL audio; it solved it for me something to do with the xfi. Hope that helped

Just be online play and mine has started again just crashes the game not the pc, i can ctrl alt del to find it`s stop responding,i`m using 3850 with 7.12's
are these drivers ok with this card,i`ve just got it today,everything else no probs
