Utility Warehouse/ Bulldog TV/ IPTV

So we just switched from PlusNet for our home broadband to UW (Utility Warehouse) which from what I can gather uses Talk Talk.
We have a cracked fire stick which we were using BulldogTV app just fine before the switch. Now however the app is intermittent in loading and doesn't allow the streaming of any TV. Wondered if anyone had similar issues or knew how I could sort it?

Criminal!

No idea though, it’s probably down to the change in Wi-Fi router, perhaps the signal isn’t as strong?
