i have vista prem 64 and installed utorrent on my machine but my torrent downloads wont seem to go over 30kbs i have checked in the settings and its set to unlimited

right just had a mess about with it and if i change up my upload speed then my download speed goes up but then my IE runs pig slow
right found a sweet spot now Download/unlimited and upload/25kbs -
