It keeps saying "no incoming connections" and "[FONT=verdana, arial]Error! Port 35055 does not appear to be open."

I have set the port to be forwarded to my ip address, I have no firewall and peerguardian 2 is allowing bitorrent.com's ip address.

I once had a similar problem and after a bit of google searching I reset my linksys router and setup the port forward once again. this time it worked perfectly.

Also be sure you have set your IP correctly. eg 192.168.1.###

By the way I've always had the Windows (vista) firewall enabled and have never touched the settings to it. Only ever port forward from my router.

Could be lots of things.

Try a port scan at GRC.com.

What other settings on your router? What is your router?

I can't remember if you need to forward TCP or UDP, mine is set at both.

Disable any thing that might interfere, e.g windows firewall, any network utils for elimination purposes.

You say WFS won't start due to an error? - related?

Disable UPnP?
