Behind you... Naked!
I dont know why it is doing this, but my provider is sky, that may have somethign to do with it, but all my downloads, if I can, go through bit torrent.

I have a handful of Linux ISOs right now, and they are all showing that they have booth seeds and peers in the thousands, but sabayon is 37% done, and Debian and Mageia are both on 0% and its been like this for days!!!

I could go on about trying out this or that, and I have a bad habit of waffling, so if anyone could perhaps point me to a good list of options to srtup in the config then that may be all I need, but I have not changed anything when it has just decided to do this.

Sky block some sites that is true, and I do hope they dont block torrents, but I wont put it past them crippling it.
I just realised that I have done a fresh install and forgot to also install the proxy, but thats besides the point here.

UPnP = yes, done

It just seemed to happen about 4 days ago... It was perfectly fine the day before, then I noticed that these torrents that should have downloaded had not done so. and so, I thought, while I have breakfast, I will give everything a break for a laugh and I turned it all off for half an hour and started it back up, and the seeds and peers shot back u pagain, but it just did not actually connect to a single one of them?

I left it cos sometimes it does take a while, but after 2 days thats something wrong.

I did a fresh install because I have bought a pair of EVO 850 SSDs to RAID them for C: and after getting it mostly all setup as I want it, I started utorrent back up again and its made no difference... Its been another 2 days now and still they are not connecting.

As for the http to https idea... This is irrelevant to the post, but yes, this can work with other providers too, but only with some sites.

I have no issues with the sites as I am not doing anything illegal, my torrents are all legal but somethign has happened because one of the ISOs is stuck at 37% so unless Im mistaken, it was working and now its not ??

That is very strange!! Especially considering nothing could have changed, you only paused it.

Can you try a parallel run with another torrent client? Or completely delete one torrent including files on hdd and restart?

I had an issue with utorrent once where it point blank refused to restart a torrent and I had to remove and redownload

if you are on virgin...change http to https and they all work. Silly workaround.

I know. ;)

Sky don't block torrents. 4.4MB/sec last night on 40Meg Sky Fibre.

post the torrents? or magnet links. It's always difficult to diagnose, even with the seeds/peers they may not be sharing data with you until you've moved up in their share queue.
