Utterly odd missed call number??

Just got 2 missed calls from :

No joke!, obviously it wont let me ring it back, just wondering if anyone knows anything about this?.. (not the call obviously but the number, or rather who can use it). My mobile contract is with o2 btw.

Ahh, i have the answer, it was a dell guy calling about my PC (being fixed), bit of an odd one though.. Wonder how they do that..
