is their any difference between different makes of uv cold cathodes tubes i notice oc stock two different makes akasa and there own brand there seems to be a big difference in price

I've just ordered the Akasa version for my build. From what I've read they seem to be the ones to have.

I've used no end over the years from more manufaturers than I can remember. To be honest there's really not much difference.

I've just realised this mistake when my Akasa pack turned up and there only appears to be one! :rolleyes:

Does anyone know if the tubes can be bought seperate as the control box appears to have a spare input in it on the Akasa cold cathode kits?
