I went to "spend a penny" in a local Sainsburys and discovered that the bogs were lit in a very ghostly UV glow. I though it was to control a serious insect problem but a sign on the wall said it was to combat drug abuse in the toilets !?!

Huh ?

Does UV light make druggies shrivel up or something ?

The mens' room at Manchester Victoria are lit with UV light. Wondered what the heck was going on when I first went in. Worked it out when my mates were discussing it as well.

I always thought it was to make 'man stains' stand out more, so if anybody walked in they could easily spot the messy tarts.

You are joking surely? My sarcasm detector is offline at the moment.

Got these on some streets in bristol, you know where the dodgy areas are there. They stop your veins from showing up, tehy work sooooo well it's unbalivable.

Working in security you find these things out when you get dumped in a supermarket, thankfully supermarkets are off my work list now.

Not nice finding needles lying around
