Uwe Boll hits back at critics

A German film-maker repeatedly panned for making bad films has been - quite literally - hitting back at his critics in a boxing ring in the Canadian city of Vancouver.

Director Uwe Boll took on four of his critics in a boxing match, after he became annoyed at the barrage of abuse he received from them.

I think a big problem with his lack of appraisal is that he doesn't give the audience what they want. Alone in the dark was (apprently) an action movie, but wouldn't the fans of the games want something darker? It might be a lesson he needs to learn.

I watched this live as it happened. I thouroughly enjoyed seeing Lowtax get beat up. The man is a grade A attention seeking moron with a false internet fueled ego.

Someone should point out to him that SA is funny because of the people who post there and not because of him. His articles and attempts at humour over the past few years have decreased in quality steadily.

I'd watch all of Uwe Boll's films back to back if he could dish out a better beating to the little runt in the future (and that is something I wouldn't say lightly: God his films suck).

I'm a member of SA and it is one of the funniest places on the internet (imo) but they don't half suck his arse at all times, in the thread about his fight on the forums they told him what a good job he'd done and how he made the right choice by giving up, just looked like a clown.

Uwe Boll is worse though, at the end of one of the matches the 'critic' he beat up admitted that his films were great. :rolleyes:

Yup... it's sickening to watch. It gets worse and worse each year too as more people join up seemingly to inflate his ego.

I can't actually read a thread that Lowtax makes as the circle jerk of unfuniness that ensues is just too much.
