uxtheme.dll patcher for XP Pro x64 (Build 3790)

The Neowin 5.0 patcher just doesnt seem to work on this build, anyone help me out?

Are you installing it correctly. It's a common mistake, make sure you read ALL the instructions and follow them correctly.

unsure what build this is for ,but it worked for a freinds xp 64 a few months ago
