Works nicely for me except I added "UK" on the end of the search to get to this site as most of the links were US based. No idea how good the store is but it is pretty cheap.

Thats the one. Though I downloaded a 'DIY mask' from t'internet, I can reupload it if you like. Its a 2 page printable pdf thing, a matter of glueing it all together. Doesn't look as good as the proper ones, but its free
