v moda boompro mic help

Hi all I just received my v moda boompro mic and I am having issues when connecting through my O2 amp then on to my D2X.

The sound is crackly and distorted but when directly running to the D2x everything sounds fine??

Boompro mic > Fidelio x2 > O2 amp > Y Splitter cable > Xonar D2X

any info will be much appreciated, cheers

I think you're going to need to bypass the 02 mate or split the mic off before the 02.

Unless I an getting this wrong, you are feeding the mic signal through an amp which does not take a mic?

Thanks buddy, tried splitting off but ended up with motherboard interference as well :/

Might grab a GSX 1000/1200 and be done with the D2X

Yeah the Y splitter needs to be directly between the headphones and anything after that.

Yeah worked and sounded great when using with my iphone for skype and discord.
