SNOW PATROL!! :D:D

I don't mind Snow Patrol but I don't see how they've become headliners all of a sudden. I'd say Foos are the only big hitters on there - Killers just still feel too 'new' for me. A good lineup all in all we just seem to be getting less 'blockbusters' at festies these days?

Been to V for the past few years, but fancied a change this year, so i'm off to www.summercase.com in Barcelona, couple of days at the festival and then a week on the beach. Fantastic.

Might still do V, but only if the girlfriends mate gets some free tickets like last year for the VIP camping/bar off her old fella. Looks like a good line up this year also. Saw the Killers a week or so ago, they were great, got Kasabian next week who i have heard are good live.

Snow Patrol are amazing live - deserve to be headlining in all fairness, Foos... no argument their, Killers.. their just the new hit band!.. who are v good also

chuffed with the lineup to be fair, will get my ticket tomorrow or friday (if theres any left)... rekon there will be?

just need to find a poor sod who's spend a night in a tent with me now :P

Goo Goo Dolls <3

I went last year and loved it but hated the fact that everything closed down so early at night :( Also not enough dance acts.

But that line up does indeed look tempting :)

Tickets for V and Leeds are **** easy to get hold of, don't worry about it.

Even then just grab them off ebay for near enough face value. Or buy them in July/August for a tidy saving :p

they willl be even easier to get with glasto back in action too :

so now tickets are sorted its just a case of sit and wait to see where else daft punk go ;) :D

1 dance act is too many dance acts tbh

Fair enough if you don't like dance but when everything closes at midnight it's a bit ****. Yes you go back to your tent and have a laugh with everyone but I'd perfer to see more acts / music then do that later.

Looking at the rumours for Leeds/Reading that's looking more appealing for me. Can't wait until they release the confirmed lineup, it should blow V out of the water (imo anyway, everyones music taste is different. And I hate Metal and all that **** by the way!).

I wanna know where the Strokes are playing, they'll probably do Glasto but I hope they're at Leeds too.

Probably do Leeds myself too. Only live a few miles away from the site where it is at ( i live 2 minutes walk from Temple Newsam where it used to be held, it was soooo handy!) now, so Taxi ride should get me there quite quickly, looks a good line up too.

The thing about Dance is its just too similar to a DJ lineup that you'll see in any decent club night. You just don't get big band after big band at anything other than Festivals.

Oh yer I'm not really into Dance festivals on their own. But Leeds and Glasto have a nice mix I find :)

Nothing better than raving **** wet through in wellies with your glowsticks :p
