V+ STB audio problem

Since its late at night im hoping someone on here will be able to help me until i get a chance to contact VM.

Basicaly, i was watching a Jet Li film on bbc1, and all of a sudden the audio stops. Its a problem on my Virgin+ box because if i go to a channel from my TVs aerial the audio is fine. Ive tried the things suggested on the VM FAQ, i tried muting an unmuting, i tried audjusting volume and i tried making sure the scart is compleatly connected. I have no idea what could be causing the audio to suddenly stop working.
 
I just tried a different SCART cable that i know to work fine, and i still get no sound. I use the TV for sound and not a stereo or surround sound setup, so its not possible for me to hook the STBs optical audio out or dual channel analogue out to anything to see if they would work.
 
Fixed the problem, I just had to remove the power cable and then insert it again so that the STB rebooted. Audio works now :)
