V1000 - panel noise issue...

I've just got a V1000 Plus II from OCUK. However, I'm ever so slightly concerned by the rattling I hear when I tap the side panels. It's quite bad. But I don't know if this is going to be a problem once everything is in there? I have recently built a rig in a V600 and although I don't remember if the side panels on that rattled as badly when it was empty, now that it has everything in it, it's fine - the side panels feel pretty solid. So I'm wondering it the V1000 will be OK once it's got everything inside it? Anyone else dealt with this issue??

I just don't want to go through all the work of putting everything in there only to find the panels still rattle the same, and then have to RMA the thing! I'd rather know beforehand if possible!

It should be fine. But If you still have a bit of a rattle, the easiest way to fix it is with a few small bits of bluetack.

Where would one place these bits of bluetac exactly??

You'll have to play around, but essentially where the panel meets the case. This will stop the panel resonating when the case rattles slightly due to fans etc.

i would start with some at the bottom, that is wher my panel has the most movement. i only noticed it the other day when i was cleaning underneath my case. at the moment though it doesnt rattle/make any moise when the computer is on.
