advice please as supplied both of the 120mm fans blow in

the front one has a filter so it should blow in, its the back one that has no filter that puzzles me.

the only out fan is the x1900xtx

thanks in advance

yes that what odd.

yes the lian li site seems to say in for the back one but then why do they not put a filter on it only the front one ?

just as much crud can get in at the back as the front , and the back fan would chuck it onto the cpu

Good point with the filter, but the fan is raised of the ground. Never thought about the lack of filter.

Both the 120mm fans are intakes, the blower fan is the exhaust, but try using the 120mm rear as a exhaust, and the blower if you want.

There is no set 'best for all' setup with this case.

But Lian Li say:

120mm front intake
120mm rear intake
Blower Exhaust fan

Saying that I am only running the front intake at 5v and the rear fan as intake at 5v currently, without the blower and my 7800gt only gets to the low 50's after a heavy BF2 session.

Thanks Yewen

got the front fan on 10v and the back on Q fan and blower on 12v

cpu is ok at 41 idle 46 load but the X1900xtx gets up to about 80 on full load ( the new ati demo/screensaver ) realy loads it up

Anyway I will tweek away to find the best , may try some ambers to see what happens
