V12 Finance Help!!!

I've just cancelled an order with a competitor with V12 finance. Basically earlier today we ordered stuff then we had to print off the agreement and we are suppose to sign the agreement and post it off. Anyway we've just ordered the stuff with OcUK and tomorrow morning am going to phone up to cancel V12 finance which should cancel our order with the competitor.

Should this be ok? Seeing as we havn't signed anything?

If you haven't returned the signed contract then no problems canceling at all - been there lots of times myself

You have a statutory right to a 14 day cooling off period, may be longer. But as you haven't signed anything no contract exists anyways.

yeah thats fine.. I am with V12. As long as you have not signed. Your fine. call them up and they will sort it all out!

heh my agreements were signed & in the post box within 15 mins of me printing em out.

Vainly hoping the other half's cough is better by the morning cos the delivery is set for tomorrow. She had an unexpected day off last time I had a new system delivered! ouch. I suspect I'm a dead man
