Hi all, I need some advice on behalf my dad who is (was) a v21 ADSL customer.
basically the wholesale ADSL supplier who actually provide the connections to V21 (now biskit) are in dispute with V21 over some uonpaid / disputed bills.
My dad needs his mac number to sign up with another unrelated supplier who don't use netServices as the conduit.
NetServices refuse to give dad has mac number saying that it's a v21 issue.
NetServices aparently refuse to give the mac numbers to V21 because they are in duspute over cash.
V21 can't or won't give dad his mac number (or even answer the phone).
BT can't do anything because the mac number is owned by netServices and they can't force a disconnection.
soooooooo what's he got to do to get broadband back? He needs it to connect to his office network as he's a telecommuter and needs to avoid a 350 mile drive to work.
any ideas?
Paul
