V5C document

Looking at buying a Golf V6 4motion and found one I like the look of, Havent been to view it yet and only seen pictures of it so far.

In one of the pictures is the V5C document but its not the same as the one for my current car. My current one is a blue sheet but the one in the pictures is bright orange.

Why is it orange? Is it something I need to worry about?

yes it definately appears to be bright orange

The colour is just off in the camera... look how bright the brake lights are in the second photo

Not sure if serious...

The brakes/rear clusters are reflecting the flash, all other items are coloured correctly (for example, the red needles on the gauges are...red). The blues, greens and even the yellow of the persons desk are all clearly fine in the last pic, but the V5C is indeed bright orange.

Edit: 2.5k for a W reg Golf...isn't that expensive...or is it V6 tax y0?

I did and it said red hence why I questioned it

indeed a tax for the V6

most seem to be going for around 3-4k for a 2000/1 model

emailed the seller and he says the v5 is red and its just his camera thats made it look orange

Fair enough, I've not seen a camera manage to fudge up red to orange like that at all!

me either tbh lol but he assures me its red, ill check it throughly if I go for a look
